One Family At a Time was founded by Erica Powell. OFAAT’s mission statement is to create a stronger support system within the working class. This program is to formulate resources for families and individuals who do not qualify for state assistance. To give the middle class a helping hand by providing resources that will in turn promote a better quality of life, possibly for all classes.
